BENCHMARK

For the analysis, I selected three online clothing and shoe retailers: Zalando, Shein, and Zara, as well as an online store specializing in sports shoes, Footloker, to learn from their best practices and identify what we can improve to differentiate ourselves in the market.

General Analysis

In general, I found that companies operating outside of the outlet format invest more in product details (size, cart experience, favorite options, and returns), while outlet stores like Zalando and Privalia have more product detail and purchase experience issues.

Specialized Stores

Specialized stores like Footloker use additional services like FIT FINDER to help users find their size based on traditional measurements and the selected shoe's template.

Comparison with Privalia

The company closest to Privalia's business model is SHEIN, and a direct comparison shows that SHEIN performs well in meeting user needs, serving as a guide for the points to improve in Privalia.
